Public Meeting -- March 18, 2004

The City of Galt continues to undertake required preliminary design and environmental work to improve the crowded Central Galt Interchange. The City Council recently narrowed the interchange alternatives down to six designs for further study.

The purpose of this meeting, held at The Chabolla Center, was to give Galt residents an opportunity to fully consider which of the six designs will achieve the best community design.

Project staff were on hand to explain how each of the alternative designs would work, and their impact on the community. Staff gathered resident comments to help them further narrow down these alternative designs, and to move this project forward.
