Project Status

The project is currently in the construction phase so please check back for updates throughout the project. The Central Galt Interchange looks very different that it did when the project began a little more than a year ago. The A Street Overcrossing is now open, the existing C Street Bridge has been demolished, and the new C Street Overcrossing is under construction.

The abutments and soffit of the new C Street Overcrossing have been constructed and the the deck will be placed by the end of the month. The Southbound on-ramp to SR-99 and Fairway Drive are also in the process of being reconstructed.

Additionally, the Contractor has completed a retaining wall along A Street in preperation for the realignment of A Street which is ongoing.
